I highly recommend Aliza’s coaching to anyone who wants to feel more alive, present, and purposeful in their daily life. I have benefited greatly from my years of working with Aliza. She has a gift of helping others clear past roadblocks and limiting beliefs and seeing a whole new way.

“This kind of coaching is a beautiful blending of psychology, spirituality and energy work that is very powerful in its ability to not only meet you where you are, but to traverse through the points of time where significant events occurred that have created trauma and encourages you to be in those moments in time with heart, courage and imagination.”

“Aliza brings a refreshing warmth and kindness to her sessions. Her voice and her manner made it easy for a very vulnerable part of myself to come to the surface to be seen and explored… I highly recommend Aliza's wise and tender approach to this work.”

Aliza Gold’s coaching has been invaluable to me for the past 3 years. I started working with Aliza when I was a councilmember in local government. At that time, the stress level and expectations of others were high and felt overwhelming. Working with Aliza helped me to see clearly what I could control and what energy and mindset I wanted to take into each situation. This transformation allowed me to stay grounded and do good work and make clear decisions for my community, while the political climate and rhetoric stayed the same. Aliza’s coaching was a lifesaver and allowed me to finish my term (without losing my shit!).
As I move out of my role as a county councilmember, I am now looking for what is next. Aliza is helping me as I get clear about my next journey. Having someone to witness and support me while I explore different possibilities helps me keep my goals, values, and joys front and center of the decision-making process. This work has allowed me to say a decisive “no” to many things that won’t serve me and my family and a clear “yes” to things that make my heart sing.
On a more personal level, Aliza helped guide me through the inner work I needed to sit with and feel a sense of calm and love when visiting and conversing with my parents. It allowed me to see them in a new light while staying stable and grounded in myself. This helped me to be able to just love my mom, care for her while in hospice, and be with her as she transitioned. Having no regrets and being at peace when she passed has been an amazing gift.
I highly recommend Aliza’s coaching to anyone who wants to feel more alive, present, and purposeful in their daily life. I have benefited greatly from my years of working with Aliza. She has a gift of helping others clear past roadblocks and limiting beliefs and seeing a whole new way.

I decided to work with Aliza in these sessions in the spirit of curiosity, self care and healing. I was curious about what this kind of coaching was like and how it would affect me. Engaging in all forms of self care also became high priority for me and I gave this time to myself to do some inquiry within, heal and move forward.
At this point in our coaching I have new insights on my self, as well as how the relationships in my family have affected me over time. This came through being guided mythologically through self in all its manifestations. There has also been a lot of crystallizing of what feels right to me, in my experience of life; embodiment, intentionality and disentangling from the narratives of others that affect me negatively.
When I really acknowledge the sides of myself that were created to survive challenges (felt through my imagination and emotional expression in these sessions) and then integrate all of these sides into my concept of "self" from all chapters of my life, my self-actualization then comes from that embodied and intentional place. This can feel in stark contrast to the moments where you feel at the mercy of others and not in your self in a way that honors YOU.
Sessions can sometimes feel like a trance, like a creative experience, like an emotional reckoning..and afterwards I do feel as if I have been with myself differently, spent time with myself differently and been deeply cared for! I do need to time to reflect on what happens in these sessions and the insights they bring.
This kind of coaching is a beautiful blending of psychology, spirituality and energy work that is very powerful in its ability to not only meet you where you are but to traverse through the points of time where significant events occurred that have created trauma and encourages you to be in those moments in time with heart, courage and imagination.

Aliza brings a refreshing warmth and kindness to her sessions. Her voice and her manner made it easy for a very vulnerable part of myself to come to the surface to be seen and explored. With Aliza's gentle guidance and curiosity, I gained insight into self-talk and emotional soothing that were effective for helping this part. After our session, I was able to recognize when this part was triggered and then able to soothe and calm her so that I felt more grounded and less reactive. I highly recommend Aliza's wise and tender approach to
this work.
